HB 963 Introduced!
The sponsor of HB 1973, the Equal Rights bill that died last session, has introduced HB 963 for this session.  HB 963 restores the right of Adult Adoptees to equal access to their Original Birth Certificate as every other individual born in PA has.  Learn more about HB 963.  Get involved
